IncrediCare Home Care is a non-franchised, professional Home Care Agency serving Northern Virginia. We believe people deserve to live independently in their homes not in facilities. Our Care Managers provide one on one care based on your needs and desires not the limited care received in facilities where the lack of dedicated resource can lead to lengthy and unnecessary stays. Specializing in Dementia/Alzheimer’s, ALS and Companion Care; we believe in the importance of stable and consistent care services. We never send care providers to your home without being accompanied by your case manager for introductions and training on your individualized care plan. We confirm the schedule of your care provider aligns with your schedule prior to assigning them to you in order to minimize changes in your provider. We provide free of charge, bi-weekly visits by our LPNs to ensure caregivers are delivering services in your care plan and to adjust that plan with you as needs change. Our nurses and caregivers are our direct employees and are carefully selected based on experience and training. Through our extensive hiring process, our nurses and caregivers are screened, skill tested, personal and professional reference checked, drug tested, criminal and sex offender background checked and licensed insured and bonded.
