With over 2 decades experience in the home health care industry, SIS Home Care will provide a White Glove standard of personal care to your loved ones which includes: Personal Care: Bed bath, tub bath, bath,shower, perineal care, assist with dressing, hair shampoo, skin care (lotion,powder, deodorant, shave), oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, elevate feet, remove/apply elastic hose. We will prepare nutritional based on specific diet needs, assess appetite, meal preparation (breakfast, lunch and dinner), serve meals and setup, assist with feeding, encourage fluid intake. We will provide health care activity such as, exercise/range of motion, assist with transfers, assist with ambulation, assist bedside commode/toilet, assistive devices (cane, wheelchair, walker), incontinence care, diaper/urinal assist, medication reminder. We will provide light homemaking. Cleaning the bathroom, making bed/change bed linens, personal laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away), clean kitchen, wash dishes, vacuum, sweep, mop. We will run errands, pick up prescriptions and remove garbage. We provide transportation as well.
