Physical Therapy Our physical therapist ensures the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health through physical examination, patient education, rehabilitation, and overall health promotion. Personal Care We provide home care services which includes personal care, 24-hour living-in, meals and nutrition, respite care, companionship, light household duties and an excellent personal care. Occupational Therapy We also provide occupational therapy services using expert assessments and intervention to develop, recover, or maintain meaningful activities for individuals Speech Therapy We provide a wide range of speech services on an individual basis and support for families.In addition, we assess levels of communication needs and make diagnoses based on assessments. Medical Social Work We collaborate with hospitals, outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities to coordinate support with our patients and family for their medical well being.
