Hearts Matter Our Service's In Life is what Makes lives matter. We believe that every person has the right to decide what type of lifestyle and care that they need. So we make it our mission to reach out to the people of the community to assist where we see a need is and meet that need. We do our best to encourage a positive environment so that individuals can feel hope, independence, and support. PCS/ HMK Services that we provide consist of daily grooming, light house keeping, and assistance with every day activities Companionship We like to get to know our clients spend one on one time with them each visit so that way they are able to become more comfortable with the person who is inside of there home.
