Job Description: We are Now Staffing For Lobby Attendant Opening in Midtown Manhattan. Job Duties are: * Greeting clients and guest at front desk * Maintain Access Control by issuing computer generated access passes * Providing exceptional customer service * Maintain professionalism and vigilance. * Protect Client assets and Property * Answer all incoming calls and two-way radios. * Assist Tenants and Guest with inquires. Skills required: * Great Communication and interpersonal skills * Customer service skills * Ability to deal with diverse groups of people. * Ability to speak, write, and read in English * computer skills are a plus. * Identifying potential risk of building that may cause injury to property or people on property. Benefits are included after working 90 days on job site position typically pays $12.00 per hour and up depending on education and experience.
