My name is Anastasios, the chef and owner. I strive to source and cook with the highest quality ingredients such as: 1. Fresh high-quality meats, chicken and fish. 2. All our dishes are prepared with extra virgin oil direct from Sparta, Greece (my hometown). 3. We only use the freshest vegetables thoroughly cleaned with water and apple cider vinegar to remove any pesticides it may have. 4. We fresh cut our French Fries daily. They are fried in a 50/50 blend of heavy-duty Canola oil to ensure it doesn't burn and Greek Virgin Olive Oil to get that Mediterranean taste. 5. Our signature rice is prepared with all-natural flavors and has no artificial coloring. You are welcome to come into our kitchen and explore the rich culinary traditions of Greece.
