Rafael received his undergraduate and graduate education at Molloy College and graduated with honors. Throughout his medical career, he has worked at different practices with multiple levels of healthcare. He started as a Registered Nurse at LIJ ER, moved into homecare, and later worked in Mount Sinai Hospital.
