IKA Coaching ltd is the largest coaching school in Israel. We trained over 3000 graduates in the last decade, and our program was recently certified by the International Coaching Federation, the ICF. Our trademarked coaching system "Results Focused Coaching" © proved an effective tool in helping coaching clients reach their life, career and business goals. It now has additional application in community work, coaching for people with ADHD, Coaching for Health and several other specialized areas. One of our courses even combines coaching with Jewish wisdom sources. Our main business is Coaching Certification programs. In Israel, we have as partners the Technion and Ben Gurion University, as well as many smaller colleges - we run courses in 19 locations in Israel. Our goals for the near future include starting up Coaching Training and Certification activity in the greater LA and NYC areas. We are looking to partner with relevant individuals, businesses and education/community organizations. These can be: • Individuals and small business owners who may be interested in acting as our local representative. • Israeli and Jewish organizations who may be interested in offering community/Jewish/leadership coaching training to their communities • Training companies//colleges/Seminar Organizers who may be interested in Coaching Certification programs If you qualify and have an interest in such a business - lets talk. Note: We are looking for long-term business partners, not employees nor service providers. We don't expect you to risk money on this, but we will expect a compensation system that is heavily results-based.
