Welcome! It is a pleasure to have you check in. I am an independent filmmaker and certified creativity coach. My work has been exhibited worldwide, including in my native Cyprus and Greece, and have extensive experience in programs designed to inspire and motivate children. I taught filmmaking production and media arts classes as Adjunct Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Department of Media Studies and at Temple University, School of Communications and Theatre, Department of Film and Media Arts. In my private coaching practice, I specialize in work with children to enhance their essential skills, with adult clients on issues of creativity and maximizing potential, and with filmmakers in a mentoring capacity. Art for Wellness is for everyone, children, adults and seniors. It involves utilizing art as a tool for self-expression with guided exercises. Artistic skill is not required to participate in this workshop. I collaborate with wellness centers, hospitals, adult care centers and other institutions that support art for health.
