Throughout GreenPoint, tremendous development continues to flourish. On almost each block next to the property, new Apartment Building and Condominium projects continue to break ground. Over the last few years, real estate investment has initiated gentrification of the area. Proximity to Manhattan, coupled with the rezoning of the entire area for commercial development, is the linchpin for real estate investment projects forecasted many years into the future. Block radius: Coffee shops, Laundromat is exactly a block away, Italian Pizzeria, Many Polish, Chinese, Mexican ,Thai, Peruvian Restaurants . When you looking for a place to live which seems too good to be true: Remember, matching agencies and realtors charge for their services, which adds to the price of rent. Search the entire Greenpoint area and find out what similar units are renting, especially those which are close to the subway. If this company is advertising well below the market rates then beware, something fishy is going on, probably their clientele is the homeless and that they can not rent a normal house or there is a bad location.
