My name is Gladys Vonglahn, originally from Chile, a first-generation immigrant, the daughter of hard-working parents, decided to immigrate to the United States in search of the American dream. Once I arrived in the state of New Jersey, I realized that Americans are professionals and value the quality of life. This means having free time for family or social life instead of spending a weekend cleaning their homes. The amount of time is very valuable in America due to the busy life. In view of this need in the market, I decided to start my own business in order to manage a flexible work schedule and have a better quality of life. I began this project with very little money but a lot of vision called GLADYS 'CLEANING SERVICE LLC. My vision was to offer a professional cleaning service in the residential and commercial area focusing on the counties of Hudson and Bergen County.

The residential area is the most difficult area because you are not taking care of someone’s house you are cleaning someone’s home. In this setting privacy and trust play a very important role. Gladys' Cleaning Service offers all types of cleanings. The Hispanic origin is strongly linked to hardworking people.
