Charles Cabinets LLC Charles Cabinet Co. was established by Don Charles at its present location in Roseville, MN in 1954. In 1974, Don Charles hired Jim Schreier as an apprentice cabinetmaker and in 1976, he sold the business to Jim's father, Mathew Schreier, who had been a cabinetmaker for 20 years. Matt and Jim worked together until January of 1991. At that time, Matt retired and Jim, along with his wife Deb, bought the business. Jim had a vision of taking the company to the next level of design, customer service, and workmanship. He implemented computerized drafting, a new beautiful 2000 square foot showroom, more than doubled the size of the shop, and installed state-of-the-art machinery. In January of 2017, the business was sold to Patrick Heavirland. Pat worked his way up from lead installer and cabinet maker to shop foreman, eventually joining the sales and design team. Pat and his team of professionals at Charles Cabinets are excited and dedicated to continuing the tradition of the highest quality and workmanship, as well as the best customer service in the industry. We at Charles Cabinets see a bright and exciting future. We are incredibly blessed with amazing employees, some of whom have been here since the ownership of Don Charles (that's over 35 years)!
