 Nura Holistic Massage & Bodywork brings high quality massage therapy services at affordable rates. Balancing mind, body and spirit through alignment and integration of the body using a variety of massage therapy techniques creating the ultimate healing experience. We believe massage should be a part of everyone’s health care because it positively affects many, if not all, systems in the body and we want to make it accessible to all.

Nura Holistic Massage & Bodywork is owned and ran by Aisha Wadud and Crystal Lynn Larson.

We both Graduated from Everest Institute with 720 hours in the Massage Therapy Degree Program in 2008. Insured by American Bodywork and Professionals (APMP). Aisha started traveling Total Health Spa right out of school bringing a unique service to urban Minnesota. Aisha's Total Health Spa was a professional traveling spa party service for the urban and suburban cities of Minnesota. She has continued education in Headache Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone with Deep Tissue release. Crystal opened Crystal Lynn Massage & Bodywork in June 2008 serving a wide variety of clients. She has taken continued education courses at Northwestern Health Science University, including an Orthopedic Assessment Course in massage therapy with Whitney Lowe and Arthritis Management Through Proper Nutrition with Steven Long.

Our History
