Nandez Design is Boutique design/build studio based in Miami, Florida. We work across multiple sectors, including single family residential, multi-unit residential, Mixed-used, offices and retail. The studio specializes in architecture, interior design, remodeling & construction, and creates imaginative solutions that are accessible and engaging on a wide range of scales and budgets, for projects both local and abroad. In all cases, however, the focus is on the client and the context, with a tailor-crafted and unique approach to each of our projects. We have developed a new model for a design/build practice. It exists on the border between architectural design, remodeling, construction and development. Nandez Design Studio is a collective architecture studio that can mix & match services in order to meet our client’s requests. From architectural design and permit documents to project development, and construction. Our office is a conceptual vehicle and an architectural machine for moving between preset boundaries, between techniques based on habit and the radical mixing of conflicting values and practices: architect versus contractor; developer versus architect; planner versus builder; local versus global.
