Our Services Our services are provided to clients who are recovering from an illness or injuries, experiencing the effects of aging on the body, are disabled, or have a chronic or terminal illness that are in need of extraordinary caregivers who are extensions of your family. SERVICES INCLUDE: Initial assessment by a Registered Nurse Supervision by a Registered Nurse Personal Care Assistance with: bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and transfers Companionship Seamless Transition from Hospital to Home “Safe Transitions Home Program” Transportation to and from appointments, social activities and family events Meal planning and preparation Shopping and running of errands Light housekeeping and laundry Bath Visits, hourly & 24-hour care Respite Care Veterans Care
