 Ariana Kushak is the principal and founding partner of the firm. She has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 2005. She is also a member of Massachusetts Bar Association and the Family Law Division of Massachusetts Bar Association. A graduate of Brandeis University and Suffolk University LawSchool, she represents clients throughout eastern Massachusetts.

Attorney Kushak has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including various stages of divorce litigation, child support issues; litigation involving attempted international child adoption; drafting Separation Agreements and taking steps to prevent removal of minor children from the United States. In addition to family law matters, attorney Kushakassists clients in drafting wills, trusts, health care proxies and Powers of Attorney. She is also available to represent clients in will contests, probate administration, probate litigation and administration of estates.

Attorney Kushak has worked for a number of major law firms in Boston assisting corporate/ business clients with a wide range of legal issues from copyright to environmental protection to regulation of medical research to fraud and unfair trade practices in the context of corporate litigation/ investment banking operations. Prior to that, attorney Kushak has clerked for the Office of General Counsel of Boston University. Prior to launching the Law Office of Ariana Kushak, attorney Kushak worked for a major insurance company where she wrote numerous coverage opinions to insureds and negotiated numerous settlements with claimants and handled virtually all other aspects of claims involving home inspectors, home appraisers and real estate brokers and agents. Attorney Kushak has also reviewed and proofread title policies for a real estate investment firm.
