As a Neutral in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) of domestic, international and cross-border business, commercial and other general civil disputes, my empowering neutrality facilitates contemplation, cooperation and collaboration and the effective, efficient and ethical application of technology to power the alternative dispute resolution process and empower clients' control over their dispute, conflict or matter outcome. I have always been active, athletically, socially and culturally. Horses have been a special part of my life, and my natural horsemanship training and experience have also inspired my approach to Negotiation and Mediation in terms of facilitating communication through relationship awareness and engagement, self-awareness and authenticity, creativity and flexibility, and leadership. My Doberman Pinscher is a very special part of my life, and always by my side. I am enthusiastic about history, the arts, nature, and preserving the natural beauty of the world around me and beyond. I am passionate about life, count my blessings, broaden my experience and abilities, and do my best. With many years of business and legal experience in general business and Fortune 500 multinational companies in a wide range of industries and sectors and in corporate legal departments and law firms in a wide range of practice areas, I have a broad base of knowledge and practical experience from which to draw in dealing with disputes, whether it be legal or alternative dispute resolution. I received both a Certificate of Appreciation by the Honorable J. Spencer Letts, United States District Judge for the Central District of California, for my work as a Judicial Extern, and a Certificate of Commendation by the City of Los Angeles for my work as a Law Clerk in the Office of the City Attorney, Los Angeles Harbor Division.
