The First Rossiter Center In New England I am a licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Rossiter Coach in Natick, MA. I am dedicated to helping people achieve a pain free body so they can live life fully, gracefully and joyfully! My practice is not just about massage. It's about massage, movement and awareness. Most of my clients are those who are ready and determined to get to a better place of health and wellness, so they can get on with what is important to them in life. The bodywork I do follows them out the door into their daily life by increasing their awareness of how they move. That awareness; it's a conscious connection between mind and body. We all have the ability to know what our body needs. It starts with making the connection, then listening. Eventually we learn how to make the shifts in movement to decrease the aches and restrictions in the body. Offering both Therapeutic Massage techniques and Rossiter stretching workouts, I work with my clients to determine the best plan for each one of them, to help them to reach their goals. When I give a Massage, I blend my knowledge, experience, attention, intuition, respect and confidence with my hands and arms to give the best massage to each person. Whether your goal is relaxation or assistance with healing, I can help! The Rossiter System is about getting rid of pain. It is not massage. It is a powerful stretching workout done with two people. I approach each Rossiter stretching session with caring and thoughtful attention.
