About Cheryl Rubenstein Welcome! How can I be of help? Maybe you can put the answer into words easily, or maybe you know only that something is not right. Whatever your situation, I invite you to come in and talk with me. Specialties I have worked in a variety of settings and draw from advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based practices. I provide psychotherapy for people who feel depressed or anxious, have eating disorders, body image issues, difficulties in relationships, obsessions, compulsions, or have been traumatized (PTSD). I also offer treatment for post-partum depression/anxiety and support for all moms adjusting to the joys and challenges of a baby. I offer individual, couple's, group and family therapy. Having conducted and published extensive research regarding different psychotherapeutic and drug treatments, I am well-qualified to help you figure out what will help. I collaborate with psychiatrists specializing in pregnancy, post-partum and women's mental health.
