 I have been successfully selling real estate since 2006, so I have experience in working with clients when there is a market shift. When serving clients I draw on my many years of education and training as well as past sales where I gained unique insight, experience that can be applied to other sales.

My experience includes helping people upsize, downsize and right size, which can be interchangeable terms. In addition, I am able to draw from my personal experiences as a buyer of a second home and an investment property. It's important to have a wealth of book and personal knowledge when working with people on one of the largest sales and/or purchases in their lives.

I am a native Washingtonian. I was born in the Washington Hospital Center and grew up in Montgomery County, MD. My early childhood was in Silver Spring, MD. and my teen years were in the Rockville area. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona, I returned to the Washington area. My family moved to Potomac. For 6 years I lived in Washington, DC and purchased my first home, a condo, which I decided to keep as an investment property when I got married and moved back to Silver Spring, MD. My wife & I live in a modest split level home and a few years ago we bought a vacation home at the beach where we can rest, relax and recharge.

It would be an honor and pleasure to meet and see if we are a fit for each other. I pride myself in knowing how to follow up and stay in touch with clients without them feeling as though I am on top of them. The biggest compliments you can give me are repeat business and referrals. Speaking of referrals, I am very well networked in the area and have good contacts that may be able to help you with various aspects of the home sale and/or purchase.
