Since our first sale in May of 2015, Pavy's Food Truck has been on a mission to serve fresh food that is tailored towards Denver eaters! You can find us frequenting some of the best breweries in Denver, at your office building for lunch, or at one of the many events we cater throughout the year! Business partners Joe Pavlushik and Fred Smith are the guys behind the food at Pavy's Food Truck. After working together at some of the best restaurants in town (Jax Fish House and Acorn, for example) these local guys decided to showcase their own recipes by starting a new food truck.
