Positive Living Tip: Mindfulness is bringing attention and awareness to whatever you are experiencing in the present moment. This includes what you are experiencing internally in your body such as your thoughts and feelings as well as what you are experiencing around you. Mindfulness is being in the here and now without judgment. Being mindful may help you gain more control over your thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and feelings so that you can be proactive instead of reactive to.
