We hold interviews Monday - Thursday from 9:45 am - 4:00 pm if you would like to schedule an interview please be specific as to which position and what time and date you would like to schedule the interview. Failure to follow these simple instructions will automatically make you ineligible for any position. Job Description: Coordinate with customers, salesmen, and contractors throughout our jobs. Assist other office members in daily tasks, follow up with customers, must be computer literate, will need to learn a CRM program to do this job efficiently, need to be a fast learner and self starter. Experience is preferred - additional training will be provided. Qualifications: -Internally motivated -Strong verbal/communication skills -Bilingual (English/Hebrew ) is REQUIRED . -Must be Punctual -40 hour PLUS week mandatory -Outgoing -People oriented -Can think out of the box -Self motivated and self disciplined individuals -Hard Working -Good communication and listening skills -Customer service experience -Ability to think quickly and make decisions -Confident -Team player Compensation: Paid weekly Depends on experience paid every week!
