My passion has always been cooking. I enjoy being creative by learning about new recipes and cooking methods, trying various cuisines from different cultures, and most of all cooking the food I grew up on. I received my degrees in Culinary Arts and other related areas and I have had experience as an Executive Chef as well. But I’ve always had a dream, that I’m trying to make a reality, to open my own business. The reason my Personal Chef concept is named Fusionary Eats is because I always had a vision of fusing the cuisines of various cultures and bringing them together into one dish. The way I see things is that there are so many similarities in a lot of recipes. Take ravioli for example. It’s a traditional Italian dish, but isn’t ravioli similar to a dumpling? It is a pasta that has a filling. Fusion cuisine has been around us all along, and in want to explore other ways to bring cultures together. Food always brings people together. It also bring this unexplainable joy. There’s a reason some foods are considered comfort foods. It can create a feeling of happiness in just one bite.
