Being home never felt better! Maintains a safe environment for the patient. Provides or assists with full or partial bath in the bed or in the bathroom. Assists with patient's personal grooming including: Care of hair, Teeth & Mouth, Dressing, Shaving and Nail Care. Prepares and serves meals according to the patient's dietary requirements and assists patient with feeding. Assist patients onto and off the bedpan, commode or toilet Assist patients with walking and transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair . Field nurse supervisor will assess transfers for both patients and employee safety. Assist with pre-poured medications ordered by the doctor. Certified Homemaker/Home Health Aides by Law are not permitted to dispense Medications. Follows orders and keeps simple records as instructed by the field nurse supervisors, who consults with the physicians and family.
