OLSAT/NNAT Prep Are you aware the NYC Department of Education changed the Gifted and Talented testing program? This year NNAT®2 will weigh 2/3 of the total score while OLSAT will compromise 1/3 of the total score. The verbal part of the OLSAT includes: •Following Directions •Aural Reasoning •Arithmetic Reasoning The NNAT®2, Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test non-verbal test covers the following concepts: •Pattern Completion: Students will look at a design and identify which portion is missing. •Reasoning by Analogy (or Figural Analogies): Students must recognize relationships between several geometric shapes. •Serial Reasoning: Students are required to recognize the sequence of shapes. •Spatial Visualization: Students must combine two or more objects and find what the resulting figure would look like. Your child only gets one opportunity each year! Competition will only get increasingly more difficult each year. You want your child to get in G&T program on the first try. Get a head start now and enroll in our OLSAT/NNAT summer classes. Our classes have a maximum of 4 students per class to allow for personalized instruction within a small group setting.
