Prestige Construction and Remodeling was formed in 2004 as a subcontracting construction company providing services to larger national builders such as roofing, siding, railing installations and window service. In 2009 because of the poor economy and lack of home building in the Twin City Market Prestige Construction and Remodeling (PCR Builds) started providing retail services. Some of the retail services provided directly to homeowners are roofing, siding, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and residential home problems such as water intrusion and Category 1 breakdown.
