Pedro A. Jedlicka is an attorney admitted to practice law in Florida, and Venezuela. He is also an international arbitrator, and an independent mediator in South Florida, where he resides. His experience extends to business and corporate law, as well as to transactional and settlement negotiations. He has specialized in legal matters that impact the technology, energy, liquor & spirits, and food and beverages sectors, and has developed an important experience as strategic advisor in Anti-Corruption matters in Latin America arising from the US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and French Sapin II.
