During his tenure in the Navy, he learned leadership, maintenance, and large-scale operations. After retirement, he went to work for Varian Medical Systems as an equipment installer, while there he learned coordination and installation timeline management. After leaving Varian he went to work for LAP Laser as the installation and service manager for the Americas. While there he learned more about timeline management, logistics, and job costing. In 2020 Bill used his GI Bill to return to school and earn his bachelor's in business (accounting focus). Graduating Cum Laude in 2022. In May 2022 he opened Kraken Bookkeeping LLC bringing all his leadership, management skills, and corporate experience with him.
