Lumen Christi Health Care Inc. is a home health care provider that offers both non-medical and medical (skilled nursing services and therapy) services. We work with a wide range of clients, from individuals who prefer to recover from an illness or injury in their own homes to elderly individuals who need assistance with the routine activities of daily life.
