HFL nurses & caregivers are certified, licensed by MBON.HFL is insured, bond & licensed by DHMH SKILLED NURSING CARE:We provide skilled nursing care by registered nurses,licensed practical nurses Our registered nurses(RN) & licensed practical nurses(LPN) provide skilled & complex care to patients at home when medically required by a physician, Skilled nursing care help people feel better function & independently learn to take care of their health need, HFL RNs or LPNs provide skilled in-home care to patients in their own home, assisted living or community of their choice when prescribed by a physician, OUR CARE SERVICES: Clinical assessment & evaluation, medication management & administration, bowel & bladder care, diabetic care & monitoring, insulin administration, infusion therapies & injections, central line & port maintenance, tracheotomy & ventilator care, lab draw, ostomy care, wound care & dressing change, tube feeding, prevention & skin treatment of skin issues, pain management & other care as needed. PERSONAL CARE:Nursing Assistance(CNA/GNA)& Medication Techs- HFL provide personal care for seniors. We provide personal care , household management that enable our seniors safety maintain their independence, sense of wellbeing & security in their own home, Assessment & plan of care by RN with patient, client & family for each person's need, CNA/GNA care for ADL of seniors bath, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, homemaking, meal preparation, laundry, linen change & light housekeeping. Our GNA/MEDTECH assistance with medication reminders & some medication administrations, Socialization, attendance with clients to events, game playing with clients, transportation provide for medical appointment, shopping & errands as s needed. Recovery Care: We also provide temporary or short term care for seniors or clients following surgery, illness or accidents at home. MOBILITY: Our cna/caregivers assist seniors with ambulation and transfers from bed or wheelchair HFL train and retrain cna, gna and med techs so we know our caregivers are professionals in all caregiving, including ambulation, safe transfer and exercise in their scope of practice. MEMORY CARE:We are passionate withour Alzheimer's & dementia clients providing safety, comfort & security to live in their own home as nurses we know that help their safety and sense of security,our caregivers are trained to value & recognize each client difference, preferences & need. We know that memory loss affects every individual differently that is why our caregivers provide personalized care tailed to each person.
