My name is Jessica and I'm the owner of Books and Basis. I'm an accountant with a passion for supporting small businesses. I started Books and Basis with the idea of being able to offer the very best bookkeeping and payroll services to help busy entrepreneurs. If so, I've got your back! I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of Colorado, Denver. After graduating I worked for a local CPA firm before venturing out on my own. Furthermore, I received my QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification. Time is Money Books and Basis provides remote bookkeeping and payroll services with a focus on top-notch customer service to the busy small business owner. As a company, we want to change the face of accounting. Over the years, we have found that business owners prefer virtual bookkeeping and payroll services. Time is money and it shouldn't be wasted on a trip to the office. So, we created Books and Basis to provide our service 100% in a virtual environment. We are happy to communicate through video chat, phone, email, and even text. Our online client portal makes it easy to share documents and QuickBooks Online allows for collaboration. Customer Focused Just because we are working virtually does not mean that you lose customer service. We at Books and Basis put our customers first. By having alternative means of communication we can respond to questions quickly.
